now you see me, now you don’t…CAMO!

I’m trying to contain my excitement, but I just can’t.

lululemon released a bunch of camo, and it’s glorious!! I counted 111 different items in various shades of camouflage (oh yes: black, grey, OG green, white, blue, red, pink…..a camouflage rainbow).

I’ve linked all items through the button below, and am highlighting my favorites in this post! It was hard to pick my top 10, but I did it!

Also….you may know I’m an ambassador for lululemon for many reasons. What I love most about the company is that they are paying their employees full salaries, guaranteed, through JUNE. This is incredible. If you are in a position to make any purchases now, please support a company that cares about its people.

I want to hear about your favorites here!!

must-haves for 30 days of mindful movement

This is no April Fools joke…I’ve brought all of my favorite things together to help you settle in at home (because at least in AZ, we will home a lot).

In all seriousness, it’s been difficult to write about cute clothes, self care faves, and my usual blog content with COVID19 wreaking havoc on our world. I realize that I —and so many others— do need a break from reality here and there. And so, I will be continuing my blog as usual and continue to give mindfulness tips, exercises, as well as lululemon content.

Thank you so much for being here; stay safe, stay home, stay connected, and wash your hands!

Meet Donny Starkins, personal development coach + mindfulness teacher!

Hi friends…

A LOT has changed in the world since I did this interview with Donny at the beginning of March.

I believe that Donny’s personal story of resilience, his offerings of mindfulness, personal development, and insight are even more valuable today than ever before.

In addition to sharing free online yoga, Donny has created 10 free meditations for difficult times that you can access within this article. Please share with anyone you feel would benefit.

Donny is someone I have looked up to for ages, and it’s an honor to share his story with you.

I hope you find comfort and inspiration in this interview.

My heart goes out to every person affected by covid19 around the world.

We are each asked to make sacrifices for the greater good: Some place themselves in harm’s way daily to help others. Many have or will spend weeks in isolation or quarantine. Some will be stranded in foreign countries, or forced to change travel plans. Parents find themselves suddenly homeschooling children, while trying to navigate these stressful times. Countless businesses will close — some will close permanently.

I feel I must acknowledge these challenges because as humans we all face the same fears, loss, uncertainty, stressors, and grief. Even though our circumstances are unique, this human experience can bring us together.

This blog post is meant to assist those who are suddenly working from home. My tips can also assist anyone who wants to make their space feel more safe, familiar, or stable.

I’m sending extra love to all of you today and every day.

xo,

Mallory

Meet Jessie Ray of Baptiste Power Yoga Phoenix!

Less than a year ago, our dear friend Michelle from Charleston introduced Jessie Ray to Brian and I via text. She was moving to Phoenix and looking to meet people with common interests.

When you meet Jessie you feel like you know her immediately: she is warm, friendly, and has a huge heart.

Brian met her in person before I did, and my first contact with her was at a surprise birthday party workout I threw for Brian. I was so impressed that she showed up, eager to connect and support people she barely knew. Now I know that is what she is ALL about!

Just a few months later, Brian and I couldn’t run Baptiste Power Yoga Phoenix without her. She has stepped up in a huge way to support us, build community along side us, and serve others.

I’m so proud of this woman and her commitment to personal growth and community.

Read this article to get to know her better!
