The Daily Stretch

Do you know that you need to stretch more, but don’t know what to do, when to do it, or see results when you do stretch?

This program is for you. In this monthly stretch program, you’ll receive twelve stretch routines to try at home. I’ll guide you through each movement and detail when the routines are most effective.

All you have to do is hit “play” and start moving!
