Are you a planner?

I used to be a mega planner. Honestly, I still tend to make a plan, but with my ongoing brain injury recovery I don’t often get to execute my “perfect plan” on my timeline.

I’ve had to learn to be flexible…cue the jokes about a yoga teacher learning flexibility!

Mindfulness has helped me to be okay with the reality vs my expectations.

Today’s mindful tip helped me immeasurably.

Last week, on one of my “good days” I recorded a bunch of exercises, including today’s mindful minute. (I’ve learned to film or write as much as I can ahead of time, because I do not have predictability daily with symptoms.)

I got to practice the Heart to Belly breath (link below!) about twenty times today. Practicing it so many times allowed me to take good care of myself, and eventually finish this blog post.

I hope it serves you, too!

also, I have exciting announcement!

We continue to be in an increasingly stressful time. More than ever, we need mindfulness and we need movement.

Thats why I have decided to re-launch my 30 Days of Mindful Movement online course!

I will be inviting all past participants to attend, along with new friends.

I would love for you to join!

Curious but want to test mindful movement first? I get that! That’s why I made my 7 Minutes for 7 Days course. It’s a taste of the full program, and it’s currently FREE !!

Thank you so much for being here.

You are so appreciated and so valued.

Take great care!
