let’s take a deep breath
Do you ever wake up in the morning and already feel like you’re running behind for the day?
Today felt like that.
Fortunately, I have been practicing mindfulness for awhile. Rather than succumbing to the feelings I woke up to, I remembered to practice a grounding tool.
Now, I’m sharing it with you.
Today’s mindful minute is a simple reminder to take a few deep breaths.
Try it, right now. Whatever you’re doing, take one minute to do this exercise.
Remember that you can always download the slide and save it to your phone (when we’re stressed, we will not naturally remember to be mindful!).

What do you notice?
Try to answer without judgement. Whatever you notice is simply what you noticed; it’s not right, wrong, or indifferent.
