Welcome to lemonLOVES blog!

I love lululemon. I’m sure that comes as NO surprise to you, if you’ve followed me for long or know me at all! I did, after all, get married wearing lululemon (and today is my husband and my three year wedding anniversary!). See below for a pic from our lululemon wedding!

When I initially started lemonLOVES blog, I planned to do a lot of FIT reviews

I know there are a lot of barriers to finding the perfect fit, style, and material to fuel your sweaty endeavors.

I also know how intimidating it can be to walk in to the store, see all the fit, smiley, luon-clad employees, and suddenly be listening to a different language that doesn’t have a dictionary (maybe I’ll work on one).

lululemon, in the past, has had a reputation for being judgmental, elitist, and exclusionary. They are on a path to change for the better (learn more HERE), and I hope that as an ambassador I can help YOU to feel accepted, included, and valued just as you are.

And, to find the perfect outfit of your sweaty dreams that makes you feel like the strong, powerful human you are.

Hi, it’s me, on the wall by the entrance at the Scottsdale Quarter. The people you see on the wall at the stores are called store ambassadors and usually teach in the community.

VIP shopping experience + being a store ambassador

I get a lot of questions about being an ambassador for lululemon so I thought I’d share my story of how I got started with lululemon and why lululemon is so much more than just cute yoga pants.

One of my very favorite things about being an ambassador is introducing people to lululemon. When I planned my Well + Being Challenge in January, I knew I wanted to do something special for the grand prize winner. I asked my store if it would be possible to host a VIP shopping experience and was ecstatic when they said YES!

Store associates are called Educators because their role is to educate on product! They are friendly, helpful, and kind.

Today’s blog post is extra exciting because my store went above and beyond by allow me to bring in a local film crew to capture the store experience before the doors opened. I want to thank Signe, Jay, Mel, Leah, Meagan, Nicole, Sabrina, Rocko, Lexi, Emily, and everyone at lululemon SDQ who helped make this experience so memorable for me and my guest.

I’d like to thank my guest Ali for being a great sport as well as a genuinely kind person. Connecting with her, initially online, has been one of the best things to come out of 2020. I’m so grateful for you, Ali!

I also want to thank The Good Vibe Media and Fully Alive Photography for their talent and artistic abilities, and special thanks to Eli at The Sparkle Bar for getting me glam at 4am!
