What ways do you take care of yourself every day?
This question may sound simple, but I encourage you to dig just a bit deeper!
Why?
Because self care is one way to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve health outcomes.
I think we can all use that this year, am I right?
Today’s mindfulness activity is to dig in to what self care is and bring some intention to your routines. That’s one way to practice self care without having to add more to your already busy life!
Today’s mindful minute is a simple tool to assess the activities you already do that can qualify as self care.
Remember that you can always download the slide and save it to your phone (when we’re stressed, we will not naturally remember to be mindful!).
