Meet Chuck Bolle Jr, Owner of FITNESS 5, Athlete, Leader, Coach, Friend
Happy Friday, friends!
I’m excited to introduce you to Chuck Bolle today; I first met Chuck through lululemon. He is a legacy ambassador at Scottsdale Quarter, and has this quiet strength I find to be intriguing.
His gym, FITNESS 5, is located in the Scottsdale Airpark. Before my brain injury, I attended a lululemon men’s community event at his gym. It was INTENSE. I was shocked at the things that he convinced me (and everyone else to do) simply by believing that we could. I climbed ropes, pushed weights on the floor, ran at a Ninja Warrior-style warped wall, and who knows what else….and had a blast doing it. I firmly believe that it takes a leader to get people out of their own way, and Chuck excels at this skill.
As always, I’m including how to reach Chuck in this article. Without further ado….Enjoy!
What is your name???
Chuck Bolle Jr
Where can we find you?

Tell us about this one thing you can't live without!
I feed off of love. The love for family. The love for friends. The love for animals. The love for passions. I kind of assume we all do, but maybe not 🤷♂️
How do you practice kindness to your body?
One way I practice kindness to my body every day is by training with a purpose in my workouts. I rarely take rest days and that may seem unkind to some, but it’s actually the opposite to me. Cross-training keeps me healthy, motivated and young at heart, so I feel very alive. My mind needs it, my heart craves it, and my body is like bring it on!! As you know first hand, there are so many things and moments in life that we just don’t have any control over...but effort is entirely up to us. I love that that can’t be taken away from me, so I think it’s just a waste to not always give my best effort. Training is one area that I can express that day in and day out.
What else do you want to share with our community?
Passion. Confidence. The desire to grow and be the best possible version of ourselves.
As I’ve gotten to know Chuck over the last few years, I can tell you that he definitely practices what he preaches.
