The basics
I start with 123 Fré
gentle exfoliating cleanser
rejuvenating serum
SPF 30 moisturizer
I add Brighten Me (eye cream), and Glow Me (tinted moisturizer) if I’m going out of the house.
I love to spray I Am Joy when I set my daily intention. Also, it smells lovely!
Fré I Am Joy is a refreshing rose mist that I layer on when I set a daily intention.
Taking care of my skin helps me to be mindful.
I enjoy the time to connect with my body, nurture it with quality product, and look in the mirror to see my skin GLOW.
