Lindsay is a Level 3 Medical Fascial Stretch Specialist, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Expert, Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Occupational Therapist. Through her extensive clinical experience, she discovered that people are sitting more now than ever before (hello tech industry & desk jobs!), high intensity workouts have taken the world by storm, and functional mobility limitations, musculoskeletal dysfunctions and chronic pain has become increasingly prevalent in younger and younger populations. As a result, Lindsay has spent the last 12+ years as a licensed clinician mastering her hands-on skills and becoming certified in the leading manual therapy and mobility-based modalities of the rehabilitative industry.
In 2016, Lindsay founded Simply Stretch LA, a successful assisted-stretching & manual therapy clinic in the heart of the health & wellness capital of Venice, California. Since then, she has dedicated her life to building her business and helping her patients improve their mobility, reduce their pain, and excel in the activities that they love.
After opening Simply Stretch LA, she discovered that her patients needed structured mobility work to do at home between sessions, and more and more people started reaching out to her online asking for help with their mobility limitations.
