Hello THERE!

I’m Mallory, founder of Foxy FIT.

You may have ended up on this page because someone referred you, or because you’re experiencing pain or discomfort and feel like you’ve tried everything. I’m so glad you’re here.

If you want to move better and feel better in your body, I can help you. My education (a doctorate, masters, and multiple certifications) and experience (over 30,000 hours working one-on-one with clients) allow me to offer a highly-individualized program personalized for each client.

Even more important than my credentials, I empathize with your journey because I have had to transform personally. Before I experienced a Traumatic Brain Injury in 2018, I was a go-go-go type of person. I was very hard on myself, striving to be the perfect wife, practitioner, business owner, and human. When faced with chronic pain and debilitating injury, I couldn’t keep that lifestyle up. I had to transform. This life-changing experience has given me the tools to uniquely help highly-successful individuals make time and space for self-care, and enabled me to take an innovative approach to finding solutions.
