Well + Being Day Twenty-Two: Take a Break

If you’re tired of the typical January challenge, we hope you join us for a challenge focused on mind-body-soul health and WELLNESS!

today’s exercise

We have some SOUL work today: our society glorifies hustling, working long hours, and putting work above all else.

However, rest and relaxation are essential to a healthy, balanced life.

The prizes

Consistency is key, so I’m offering weekly prizes for those most consistent, along with three grand prizes at the end of January!

There are a few ways I can track this, and to be fair to all participants I’m offering the following scale for the grand prizes only (I’ll announce the weekly giveaway entries as we go—this week’s is below):
