Last week, we scheduled time to take a break. Today, we are scheduling time to PLAY.

Now, if this scares you, you are not alone!

Playtime is scary for me, but the benefits of play are:

  • reduces stress

  • improves mental focus

  • boosts creativity

  • stimulates the mind

  • improves connection to self.

The prizes

Consistency is key, so I’m offering weekly prizes for those most consistent, along with three grand prizes at the end of January!

There are a few ways I can track this, and to be fair to all participants I’m offering the following scale for the grand prizes only (I’ll announce the weekly giveaway entries as we go—this week’s is below):
