today’s exercise
Have you ever planned for weeks (or months, or years) on reaching a goal or a life event, and when the event passed you felt a letdown? For me, this happened after grad school. I had reached the achievement I’d been working for, and yet nothing felt very different when I reached it.
Today’s exercise for the SOUL is to write a letter to your future self. Imagine the goal that you started this Challenge with, and write a letter to yourself from the viewpoint that you have already reached your goal.
