I had a fantastic chat with Abby Chan, a local business owner in Flagstaff, registered dietitian, and fellow lululemon ambassador.
Abby has a gift for helping others heal their relationships with food. She models her teachings and is passionate about inclusivity in fitness.
In this interview, we discuss her journey with movement and body acceptance, her unicorn dream for the world, and one tip for listeners to improve their relationship with self.
