What lights you up inside? 

My family above all else, my friends and my community. I truly am so grateful that my purpose and passion align in a way that I feel like I am serving my community and growing roots in my community along the way.

·      I love…my home, for being such a safe space during this time but also a place to host family and friends

·      Favorite way to connect with friends... In person, over a glass of wine and delicious food

·      A book I love is.... I am more of a podcast gal, with too many favorites to name, but shout out to Lindsey Schwartz because it’s like talking with a friend

·      My biggest unicorn dream is to... Have a happy family and with deep roots in my community

·      The one thing I can't live without is... Family, if this has taught us anything it’s life is about relationships not material things

Quality. I’ll be honest my stuff looks brand new and I haven’t bought anything new in years! Ready for something to wear out so I can finally replace it!

My family and integrity. Everything else can be replaced!

How do you practice kindness to your body?

I’m moderate in everything: while I love to work out, I also feel no guilt in resting. Same with while I enjoy indulging, I love healthy habits!

What else do you want to share with our community?

I am passionate about serving community-focused entrepreneurs. So I am creating free resources in my private Facebook community - Guide My Community.

I would love to be a source of confidence and inspiration for small businesses to serve their purpose while protecting their investments, both energetically and financially.
